This book accompanies an exhibition held at the Philadelphia Museum of Art upon the completion of conservation of Pontormo's famous portrait of Duke Alessandro de Medici. It will accompany an exhibition to be held at the Philadelphia Museum of Art from November 20, 2004, to February 13, 2005.
